Bungalow Island Property Owners Association
was established by the owners of property on Bungalow Island in order to manage and maintain a private lot on-shore and address island issues. This private lot provides assess to the island. The association meets annually on the Sunday of Memorial weekend.
Southside Bayshore Property Owners Association consists of the owners of property along Montgomery road within
Southside township just to the south of Bungalow Island. This association was formed in order to manage and maintain
the private gravel road used to assess their properties as well as address other shared issues.The association
meets annually on the Saturday of Memorial weekend.
